Termination
Anyone who is affiliated with North Texas Brain and Spine ( & NTOS) by means of a contract understands and agrees that North Texas Brain and Spine ( & NTOS), in its sole discretion or the discretion of an authorized representative(s), may terminate any contractual individual or business for any reason(s) we feel violates or endangers the public in any way. This includes, but is not limited to: Diagnosis and or treatment of any patient via the Internet; invalid, expired or revoked medical license; misleading information that may jeopardize a patient’s health or recovery; false claims or advertisements; and any other such violations that could be destructive or unsafe to the general public. In the event the contract is revoked, a notice to those involved will be sent by U.S. mail. Depending upon the severity of the indiscretion, one may be given an opportunity to rectify the situation or in extreme circumstances, at the discretion of North Texas Brain and Spine ( & NTOS), privileges will be revoked immediately. Contractors agree that any such termination of account or membership may be affected without any prior notice and agree that North Texas Brain and Spine ( & NTOS) shall not be liable to the contractor or any third-party for any such termination.
Miscellaneous
The failure of North Texas Brain and Spine ( & NTOS) to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Notices shall not constitute a waiver of any right or provision. The Terms and Notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with state laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You agree that any action of law or inequity arising out of or relating to these terms or the website shall be filed only in the state or federal courts.
